Responders never sign in, and we never ask for a name or an email, so a response can't be traced back to a person. On paid plans each response is also stamped with a few coarse details, like country, device type, and browser, so owners can see where feedback comes from. If your box offers a review link at the end, following it is optional and takes the responder to that site, where its own rules apply. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we store and what our site analytics record.
